At Wishdoit, our business is building great products. That is why all Wishdoit products come with a no-hassle, no rhetoric Always On Guarantee. If you have a problem - we will solve it, refund it, send you a replacement. Whatever it takes. Just reach out to our Customer Support team.

WATCHES WITH FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
WISHDOIT® provides quality inspection and assurance for each type of watches.
We also promises to send the watch back to WISHDOIT® during the period of the warranty, except for man-made damage, for free repair service and change the battery (round-trip freight will be borne by the customer).
However, we still offer the paid repair service for man-made damage. (Customers have to cover the shipping fee back and forth, also the the maintenance cost)

RETURN POLICY 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 180 days of delivery, providing your purchased timepiece is:

  • New, unused and re-sellable condition.
  • The product label is still attached to the product.
  • In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.

To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by support@wishdoit.com. One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. We'll send you a return label which must be attached to the package to be returned. If you return goods without a return label, they will not be accepted and disposed of.

Wishdoit does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.

Once we receive your returned order, we will verify the product and packaging as being unworn and undamaged, we will issue you a refund deducting US$12 as restocking fee.

If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
